By booking an appointment with Lumira Real Estate Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Photo Delivery
General photo delivery timeline is one day after the on-site appointment, unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If rescheduling is needed, we will do our best to accommodate your new time based on availability.
No-Shows
If the photographer arrives at the property and is unable to begin due to: No access to the property, No one present to provide entry (if necessary), Or the property not being ready for shooting, The appointment will be considered a no-show, and a $50 no-show fee may apply.
Weather Delays
In the case of inclement weather, appointments can be rescheduled without penalty. Sky replacement is available for overcast days as part of our enhancement services.
